The hotel was exceptional with great staff and amenities. The rooms were not prepared for 3 guests as booked initially, but overall, it was a pleasant stay. The location was fantastic, close to popular attractions and with excellent service. The dining experience had its ups and downs, but the facilities were impressive.
I found the hotel to be a wonderful place to escape and relax. The rooms were fantastic and very clean, equipped with a bathtub that added a luxurious touch. The service was top-notch, with extremely friendly and helpful staff who made my stay that much better. The location was perfect for unwinding and enjoying the swim-up pool bar. However, it did seem a bit overrun with kids at times. The dining experience was delightful, especially with the fresh smoothies and juices. Overall, a fantastic stay with great value for money.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, but the hotel seemed unprepared for our arrival for 3 guests. The service was fantastic, with attentive and friendly staff, although a little confusion with our luggage. The location was excellent, close to the event we attended and convenient for exploring the city. The dining experience was fair, offering good service but a slightly disappointing breakfast. The facilities were decent overall.
The hotel is tucked away in the Spa rooms on level 3, making it feel very modern and comfortable. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and had very modern features. The service at the Westin was terrific, with always helpful and friendly staff who really care about your experience. The location was perfect for our event and exploring the South Bank, offering great proximity to the 'club' with fantastic complimentary offerings. The dining experience had some fantastic options but was lacking in seating and space. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money with wonderful facilities to enjoy during your stay.
